Last week, we read about a staff member at the Reach! Partnership School in Baltimore who allegedly sold cookies to students who then became sick.
We held off on the story, because reports that the cookies were laced with marijuana had not been confirmed. Now, this part of the story appears to be confirmed, but the saga continues, the Baltimore Sun reports.
Police searched the home of the staffer who sold students the illness-causing cookies, Clyde Tatum, 40, and found a .38-caliber revolver on a fireplace mantle, within reach of his children. Police arrested him on weapons charges, and he was being held on $350,000 bail as of Wednesday evening.
No charges were filed in connection with the cookie incident, but the investigation is continuing, the Sun reported.
