The Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) is a test of reading literacy, mathematics, and science given every three years to 15-year-olds in the US and more than 60 countries by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Results from the 2012 test, which weren’t provided in advance to journalists, are expected to show the US roughly in the middle. A few general results will be made available tomorrow, Tuesday, Dec 3.
